-
You feel mentally and emotionally exhausted
-
You often feel overwhelmed or emotionally drained
-
You want to understand yourself and your patterns better
This is NOT another self-improvement workshop
This workshop is not about becoming perfectly healed, regulated or self-aware.
It is a gentle space to better understand yourself, your patterns, your overwhelm and the pressure so many women silently carry.
Together, we will explore the nervous system, emotional patterns, overwhelm and the ways we have learnt to cope — with more awareness, compassion and support.
Over the 4 weeks we will cover:
"What is happening inside my body?"
"What patterns do I have, and why?"
"Why do I keep repeating them?"
"How can I feel safe (again)?"
What's included in the 4 Weeks:
- 4 live online workshops (1–1.5 hours each) hosted by Kelly Lynch
- Small intimate group (max 8 women)
- Deep dive into the root cause of why we react to stress the way we do, how we can cope better and more
- Guided meditations between sessions
- WhatsApp support group
Module 1
- Understanding and supporting your nervous system through nutrition, sleep, movement, gut health and lifestyle habits
- Practical tools, simple hacks and deeper insight into emotional eating, daily routines and overall wellbeing
Module 2
- Become aware of how you respond to stress, what your survival mode looks like, and how the 'loop' creates protective behaviours in you life
- Assess your emotional landscape, where these patterns come from, and begin to understand why you are the way you are, recognising that your patterns are often protection mechanisms designed to keep you safe
Module 3
- Understand why you keep repeating certain emotional and behavioural patterns, and how your subconscious mind creates protective responses designed to keep you safe
- Learn about neuroplasticity and how to begin rewiring patterns from the subconscious through awareness, safety tools and creating new nervous system responses
Module 4
- Explore how early experiences, maternal patterns, limiting beliefs and constant activation in modern life shape your nervous system and sense of safety.
- Learn practical ways to create safety in the body and mind through breath-work, somatic tools, reducing overstimulation, guided meditation tools and others.
Who is Kelly?
Guys, I want to make this very clear. I do not have my shit together. I am by no means a matcha-drinking, healed, nervous system specialist trying to preach here. I do not subscribe to this “be better” or “optimise more” culture. I feel like there is already SO much pressure on women, and I am certainly not here to add to that.
So I will scream this from the rooftops: this is not another self-help workshop!
This workshop was created because, over my 18 years of trying to seek out things in life to make me happier, less triggered and more fulfilled, I have learnt some stuff that I feel could be of value to the 2026 woman feeling overwhelmed. I also know the power of live community, so a workshop of women working this stuff out together will be SUPER powerful. I would also like to try and contribute to women deepening their understanding of themselves because, with the current milieu of life (AI, geopolitical disruptions, wars and social structures cracking), knowing yourself is something that might help you navigate it all. It might result in you being less driven by perfection and more driven by what you actually feel, want and hold within yourself.
If this sounds like something that you might need, please join me. I am only opening 8 places up — I want this to be a small group. Small enough for us all to work, learn and, if we’re lucky, feel safe enough to shift.
I literally cannot wait for the 1st of June.
Kelly
If this speaks to you...
This workshop is intentionally being kept small to create a safe and supportive environment for reflection, conversation and connection.
