Who is Kelly?
I'm a dietitian, life and fertility coach, meditation teacher and a (new) enneagram practitioner with 18 years of experience working in women's health.
I created this course because the past few months of my own life have been extremely stressful. I lived through a war, homeschooling and perimenopause — all at once. I was not coping well. I was reactive, micromanaging everything and completely exhausted.
In trying to find my way through, I took a deep dive into the nervous system work I teach in my meditation classes, combined with everything I know about how the brain is wired, how we begin to rewire it, and where our patterns originally come from. And I genuinely feel like I have made real changes in my life because of it.
That's what this course is. Everything I wish someone had handed me sooner — grounded in science, delivered with warmth, and designed for the real woman navigating a very full life.
The main driver: Understanding YOU and how your brain is wired and WHY you are the way you are. No judgement. Just knowledge to work with.
